Quality Service is our only Business!

At Delta Peripheral Technologies, we use only original manufacturers´ parts. All tape backup drives are put through mechanical and parametric adjustment. All tape drives are run through complete diagnotic, back-up and verification tests. Final tests are performed after a 24 hours burn-in process to ensure quality and reliability.

Products Supported:
We are currently supporting models from the following manufacturers: Archive, WangDat, WangTek, Exabyte, Moutain, Hewlett Packard, Maynard, Emerald, and Cypher.

Customer Service:
Our service provide test, integration, and installation. Our technical staffs are always available to assist you with fault isolation, product support as well as product recommendation.

Repair:
Our depot repair is capable from repair to refurbish complete units with highest quality, fast turnaround and competitive flat rate. We also have expediting service/advance exchange for customer with immediate needs.

Terms & Conditions:
All items send to Delta Peripheral Technologies for service require an RMA number prior to shipping freight must be prepaid, collect shipments will not be accepted..

Turnaround:

3 to 7 working days receipt of products.

Expedite Service:

Repair pricing is a flat rate. Evaluation and diagnostic test is $50.00 per unit. Discount are available for high volume or large contracts.

Warranty:
All repaired drives carry a full six month warranty from date of invoice. Warranty will not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation by the customers.
